Terms & Conditions

Check-In/Out -

     * Check-In: After 4:30 PM and by arrangement
     * Check-Out: 10 AM

Service Fee -

     * Our sevice fee is for provision of linens when indicated, as well as sundries like paper towrels, toilet tissue,
         kleenex, cleaning supplies, propane for gas grills, etc.
     * Our expectation is that our home will be in a most reasonably clean condition when you depart.Excessive          cleaning will result in charges to the security deposit.

Smoking -

     * All our properties are smoke-free.
     * Parents agree not to leave children unsupervised.
     * Smoking at our properties will result in a forfeit of the damage deposit.

Pets -

     * Pets are allowed ONLY by arrangement.$15/night. All pets will be flea treated and tennant will be responsible for extermination costs if incurred. Pets will have a portable kennel if left alone and are not allowed on furniture.

Payments -

     * Payments are due within 7 days of booking and shall be for the full amount plus a 7% ME lodging tax.
     * We accept personal checks or Visa and Master Card.

Damage Deposits -

     * A damage deposit of $500.00 will be required upon check-in. It can be in a check or held on your credit card.
     * If by check this will be held for 30 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy -

     * A full refund less a 10% handling fee if 30 days notice is given (60 days during holidays).
     *  If less then 30 days of notice is given your payment will be forfeited (60 days during holiday periods),
         unless we are able to rebook the property for the entire length of your stay.
